Mon-Arc
After the 2023 Tennessee Drag Ban, I was inspired to to create a website where queer-owned makeup brands and small alternative makeup brands can be sold. A portion of the proceeds would go to non-profits and other forms of support for the LGBTQ+ community. Mon-Arc is a reference to the butterfly logo (a symbol of transformation) and the french word for “my”. Together, it creates “my arc”, referring to a person’s character arc after feeling the transformative effects of makeup.
